Our Home Health Care Services Include the Attention and  Professional Attention You'd Expect

  • Remind Patient to take self-administered medications
  • Provide general attention to Patient’s non-medical needs in accordance with a Plan of Care
  • Accompany Patient on walks, community trips, doctor’s office, bank, beauty salons, etc
  • Prepare and serve meals as directed
  • Ensure dishes are washed and kitchen is clean after each meal
  • Assist Patient in completing necessary phone calls, letter writing, etc
  • Provide for a clean, safe, and healthy environment for Patients and family members
  • Provide light housekeeping tasks including laundering of Patient’s garments and linens
  • Helping patient with light bathing and grooming
